Rooms at Deniz Houses Hotel are carefully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. There are 15 rooms at the hotel as Standard Rooms (Land Side Rooms) and Sea-View Rooms. The hotel is a 4-storey building without elevator. All rooms have large windows that open to fresh air and sunlight. They are decorated with colorful bedclothes, curtains and rugs over a parquet (hardwood) flooring. There is no standard room with twin bedding. All the twin bedding rooms have a sea-view and there is extra cost to book these rooms.

Furnished with comfortable beds, each room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall and washing facilities. Air conditioned in summer and heated in winter, we provide year-round comfort, no matter what the weather is like. There is complimentary water and mineral water in a minibar to quench your thirst as soon as you arrive. Other thoughtful touches: Plasma TV with international channels, complimentary bedroom slippers and standard toiletries, the use of a hair dryer and free Wi-Fi connection to help you stay connected. Bed linen is provided for free and all rooms are cleaned everyday without extra cost. Bathrooms are species with cabin shower and complimentary soap, shampoo, slippers, towels and hair-dryer are provided. Cleanliness and comfort are among the basic standards at Deniz Houses and followed up by all the staff. Our cleaning staff does a superb job of keeping the rooms spic and span, with freshly laundered towels and sheets. For a small extra fee, you can use our laundry and ironing service.
