Open Buffet Breakfast is included served at the terrace restaurant !

The aroma of fresh coffee greets you as you enter the third floor breakfast room of Deniz Houses Hotel each morning to get the day off to a good start. From the breakfast terrace, watch the silent but busy waterway of the Sea of Marmara with its sailing and fishing boats, cruise ships and tankers going about their daily business. Or turn your head and look out over the red-tiled rooftops and terraces toward the magnificent of the Blue Mosque.

Serve yourself from the table laden with typical Turkish breakfast dishes with a few extras thrown in. After all, one goes that extra mile for guests in the family home.

The menu might vary slightly with the seasons but you can refill your plate as often as you wish from platters of hot and cold and sweet and savoury foods- breads, Turkish cheeses, devilled eggs, the indispensable olives, jams, honey, preserves, yoghurt, cereals, fresh and dried fruit. In the winter, firinda patates (thinly sliced potatoes cooked in a white sauce with Turkish cheese, somewhat reminiscent of scalloped potatoes or potatoes au gratin) is the ultimate in comfort food. It is complemented by sausages simmering in a tomato sauce.

A more detailed of breakfast as follows as follows : Boiled egg, potatoes with cheese, sausage, chocolate glazed cake, fruit cake, cheese rolls, bagel, whole-wheat bread, white bread, cherry jam, raspberry jam, strawberry jam, honey, yoghurt, cucumber, tomatoes, seasonal fruits; (apple, watermelon, mandarin etc.), dried apricots, currants, corn flakes, green olive, black olive, black olive with sauce, salami, feta cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter, filter coffee, black tea, herbal tea, fruit tea, powder orange and cherry juice, biscuit.

As you enjoy the food and beverages- tea, coffee and juices- you can catch a glimpse of the famous Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome (an ancient chariot-racing circuit) on the north side of the breakfast room. On the southern horizon across from the Sea of Marmora, a pale sun glimmers on Princes Islands to the west and the city of Yalova on the eastern sea coast.

The best part? All this is included in the price of your room and you can charge your batteries for a full day of sightseeing, knowing that a similar breakfast in an outside restaurant could set you back about 10-15 Euros.

Iyi Gunler (Have a good day!)
