Deniz Houses Hotel also have 3 flats in the next apartment very suitable for small families travelling with 1-2 children or for couples looking for more privacy. Flats are located on 3 separate floors (no elevator) with one at the entrance-garden floor, another on the 2nd floor and the 3rd at the top floor.
The Garden Floor Flat has one double bed (twin bedding also available upon request) openning to a nice garden with a private table. The garden is decoreted with flowers and lightened. You can have your breakfast here in the morning or rest at nights. The flat has also a marble kitchen equipped with a small owen, minibar, kettle, plates, glasses etc. The private bathroom is marble paved with a cabin-shower and has 24 hours hot water.
Mid-Floor Flat has one double bed (twin bedding also available upon request) and also has a balcony overlooking The Sea of Marmara. The balcony has a small table and chairs, ideal place to watch sunset with a glass of tea or wine. There is also a a marble kitchen equipped with a small owen, minibar, kettle, plates, glasses etc. The private bathroom is marble paved with a cabin-shower and has 24 hours hot water.
Top-Floor Flat has one double bed (twin bedding also available upon request) and an Ottoman Sofa by the bed. The balcony overlooking the Sea of Marmara has a small table and chairs. The marble kitchen equipped with a small owen, minibar, kettle, plates, glasses etc. The private bathroom is marble paved with a cabin-shower and has 24 hours hot water.
Heavy cooking is not allowed in this building and not needed indeed, since breakfast is served complimentary at the next main building of Deniz Houses and many restaurants are available in the surrounding area.
